Slow is sometimes caused by too many running apps in the background, use your recent apps button to close apps you're not using. This will remove all network settings, including saved WiFi networks and Bluetooth connections. Please go to Settings > System > Advanced > Reset options. Touch Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth > Reset Settings. Regarding your volume concern, are you using a case on your phone? You'd need to consult the creators of the Libre app/device. Please consult the Google Play store for any other glucose monitoring app options. -John
