Hello Heatherlee, thank you for your feedback on your Samsung Galaxy A53. If you haven't done so already, we recommend adjusting the motion smoothness setting in your settings app. Under display you can adjust the motion smoothness from standard to adaptive. This will increase the refresh rate of your device and help with the speed. You can also look in to expanding the storage capacity of your device as well to help with the speed. Does a charger come with this

2 questions: Does a charger come in the box with this? Is there a headphone jack?

With so many people already having compatible charging blocks from previous devices, we try to lead a sustainable future by minimizing environmental impact so charging blocks are sold separately. The Galaxy A53 5G UW utilizes a USB-C charging port so if you have a 3.5mm to USB-C adapter, you're able to use your wired headphones with this device like normal. Simply plug in a USB-C to 3.5mm Adapter to your device, then your headphones into the adapter. You can also use the USB-C port on your device to plug in a pair of USB-C wired headphones, if you prefer wired headphones. Does this phone have HD calling capability? It will not automatically connect to my wifi and network extender when I come home, I have to power the phone off

HD Voice is a suite of services enabled by VoLTE (Voice over LTE) technology. VoLTE delivers voice calls over the 4G LTE network instead of the traditional voice network, providing clearer, more natural sounding audio when both parties are using HD Voice-enabled phones that are connected to our 4G LTE network. From a Home screen, tap the Phone icon Phone icon (lower-left). If unavailable, swipe up from the center of the display then tap Phone. > Tap the Menu icon (upper-right). > Tap Settings. > Tap the Video Calling switch to turn on or off. If presented, review the notification then tap OK to confirm. HD Voice service is included in your existing voice plan at no additional charge. When you purchase a current device, HD Voice is automatically added to your account and ready for you to use on your device. HD Voice calls are billed as standard voice minutes, according to your plan. If a wired headset or a Bluetooth® headset is connected to your phone, HD Voice calls may not be delivered to the headset with HD quality unless the headset is also compatible with HD Voice. How do I charge my A53 5G UW at home
