I liked the phone at first (the first 2-3-days) until I realized that I wasn't receiving texts from clients who had IPhones. I am in business and when I have a phone it HAS TO be able to send and receive from Android as well as IPhone. I have gone back to the IPhone and am giving this phone as a present to an Android lover.

phone quit in Springfield Missouri went to Verizon to get it fixed was told it couldn't be fixed and they sold me a new phone. Had to go to Kansas to pick it up we were told they couldnt switch the information from my old phone. Went to my sons house and he fixed it in under 2 minutes and its working fine. Went to our local Verizon to return the phone and they charged us a 50 $ restoking fee. VERY VERY unhappy with Verizon.
