The billing address and service address for your mobile account are most often the same address:
- Billing address - Where you want us to send your Verizon bill.
- Service address - Where you use your Verizon service (i.e., the address where you live. For business customers the address where you work). We use this address to calculate your account's taxes and surcharges. Be sure to use a street address and not a P.O. Box.
If your service and billing address aren't the same (e.g. your're paying for service for a child away at college, etc.), you can update the service address for that person's device so your taxes and surcharges are calculated correctly.
Note: For home internet address changes, visit our Moving Internet to a new address page to confirm coverage and setup at your new address. We may not be able to provide home internet service to you if you move without notifying us.
