  1. What is the Documents & Receipts page?

    The Documents & Receipts page in My Verizon is where your important documents and receipts are stored. These documents can be viewed, downloaded as PDF* files or printed from My Verizon.

    The types of documents available in the Documents & Receipts page include:

    • Notification letters regarding changes to your service
    • Auto Pay enrollment confirmation letter
    • Monthly bills
    • Receipts for transactions made in a Verizon Wireless store

    You can use the Document Category and Phone Number dropdown menus or the date search feature to find a specific document.

  2. How can I access the Documents & Receipts page?

    Go to the Documents & Receipts page in My Verizon.

  3. Will I be alerted when a document is added to the Documents & Receipts page?

    Yes, you'll be sent an email whenever account change notification letters and receipts are added. To be sure you receive the notifications, update your email address on the Contact & Billing page in My Verizon. If you're in the My Verizon app, you'll need to then tap Manage notifications.

    To view your bill:

    1. Go to the Documents & Receipts page in My Verizon.

      Note: You must be an Account Owner or Account Manager to view Documents & Receipts.

    When you click a document's title, it will open a PDF* file, which you can then save or print.

  5. I just bought a new phone in a Verizon Wireless store. Where can I find my receipt?

    To find a receipt:

    1. Go to the Documents & Receipts page in My Verizon on your smartphone, tablet or computer.

      Note: You must be an Account Owner or Account Manager to view documents and receipts
    2. Select Store Receipts from the Categories dropdown.
    3. Click the title of the document you wish to view.
    4. When you click the title, it will open a PDF* file that you can then save or print.

    If you need a return shipping label for your device, visit the My Orders page to print a new one.

  6. Are the documents stored in Documents & Receipts secure?

    Yes, all documents stored in Documents & Receipts are secure. They can only be accessed by signing in to My Verizon.

  7. Can I save, email or print from the Documents & Receipts page?

    No, your full contract isn't stored online. However, you can view the contract end date for each device on your account in My Verizon.

    To view your contract end date:

    1. Go to the My devices page in My Verizon.
