myAccess FAQs

How often myAccess offers change depend on the type of offer:

• Account's Offers change at different times and will change depending on your recent upgrade activity.
• Anytime Deals and Local Passes change often.
• Presale tickets are added as they become available.

Check back often for new offers, and to see if new Local Passes are available.

Account's Offers can only be claimed by an Account Owner or Account Manager.

Most Anytime Deals can be claimed by an Account Member with an eligible line on a qualifying mobile account. However, some Anytime Deals can only be claimed by the Account Owner or Account Manager.

Account's Offers can only be claimed by an Account Owner or Account Manager through myAccess. They can't be claimed over the phone or in a Verizon store.

To claim an Account's Offer:

1. Access myAccess through the My Verizon app or My Verizon online. Sign in to your My Verizon account.
   
   If you're already signed in:
   • My Verizon online: From the top of the Verizon home page select Account > More > myAccess.
   • My Verizon app: Select the myAccess icon at the bottom of your screen.
2. Select the offer you want to redeem.
3. Follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

Anyone with a line on a qualifying Verizon mobile phone account can claim Anytime Deals by signing in to your My Verizon account.

To claim Anytime Deals:

1. You can access myAccess through both the My Verizon app or My Verizon online. Sign in to your My Verizon account.
   
   If you're already signed in:
   • My Verizon online: From the top of the Verizon home page select Account > More > myAccess.
   • My Verizon app: Select the myAccess icon at the bottom of your screen.
2. Select Anytime Deals you want and select Learn More to see offer details.
   
3. Read the details of the offer, and select Claim.

You've successfully claimed Anytime Deals. If you want to use it right away, select View Details and select Shop Now. Otherwise, your offer will be saved and you can see all claimed offers in the Manage Claimed Offers section within Keep Track of it All.

Offers can change at any time.

If you find an offer you like, claim it as soon as you can. Also check the details on each offer to make sure you claim and use them before they expire.

To use Anytime Deals:

1. Access myAccess through both the My Verizon app or My Verizon online. Sign in to your My Verizon account.
   
   If you are already signed in:
   • My Verizon online: From the top of the Verizon home page select Account > More > myAccess.
   • My Verizon app: Select the myAccess icon at the bottom of your screen.
2. Scroll down to Keep Track of it All.
3. Select Manage Claimed Offers.
4. Select the offer you'd like to use, select Learn More, read offer details and then select Shop Now:
   • Anytime Deals from partners may be marked as Used and will no longer appear.
   • Anytime Deals that are no longer valid will be removed from your Manage Claimed Offers after they expire.
5. Follow the redemption instructions for that offer.

Anyone with an eligible line on a mobile account can claim and use Anytime Deals.

Go to the Manage Claimed Offers section, in Keep Track of it All, to see all non-used and non-expired offers that you’ve claimed.

No. Once an offer is claimed, it can't be returned or exchanged.

To remove the offer from the Manage Claimed Offers section, select Mark As Used and it will be removed.

No. Offers aren't transferable to another account.

If you don't see an offer you claimed, call myAccess Customer Service at 866-895-5579.

With myAccess, you have exclusive access to purchase tickets for the artists you love before the tickets become available to the general public. The Presale period varies, but is typically 2-3 days ahead of the regular sale period.

You can choose select Presale tickets in a variety of seating sections and prices.

Note: Some myAccess events require Presale registration before you can access the presale.

You can browse and buy available Presale tickets through myAccess on the Ticketmaster/Live Nation website.

You can buy up to 4 Presale tickets per event*, unless the artist has set a lower limit.

Note: If the event requires Presale registration you must register for available dates and locations before the Presale goes live.

To buy Presale tickets:

1. Sign in to your My Verizon account.
   
   If you're already signed in:

   • My Verizon online: From the top of the Verizon home page select Account > More > myAccess.
   • My Verizon app: Select the myAccess icon at the bottom of your screen.
2. Scroll to the Exclusive Access section and select the Presale ticket window. Select the active event you're interested in.
3. Select the date and location you prefer.
4. Select Get tickets and follow the prompts to buy your tickets through the Ticketmaster/Live Nation website.
5. Ticketmaster/Live Nation requires that you sign in or create an account to buy tickets. You'll also be prompted to link your My Verizon account to your Ticketmaster/Live Nation account to unlock your access to the myAccess Presale tickets.

*All eligible account line members can participate in purchasing Presale tickets, as long as they link their individual account with Ticketmaster/Live Nation.

Some Ticketmaster/Live Nation events require registration before you can buy Presale tickets. Presale registration helps block bots and scalpers from the ticket sales.

Important: Completing Presale registration doesn't guarantee you'll be able to buy Presale tickets. After Presale registration closes, Ticketmaster / Live Nation randomly selects a limited number of registrants to receive access to buy Presale tickets.

Note: Not all myAccess Presales require Presale registration.

If a Presale event requires registration, you only have a few days to register before the Presale goes live. To find out if Presale registration is required and to register, check myAccess before the Presale starts:

1. Sign into myAccess and check the events in the top banner. If the event says "register in advance for a chance to purchase Presale tickets," click the arrow.
2. You'll be taken to the Ticketmaster/Live Nation website.
3. Ticketmaster/Live Nation requires that you sign in or create an account to buy tickets. You'll also be prompted to link your My Verizon account to your Ticketmaster/Live Nation account to unlock access to the myAccess Presale tickets.
4. Follow the prompts to complete registration.

Note: You have to register for each event date(s) and location(s) available you're interested in purchasing tickets for. You only have to link to your account every 6 months.

After you complete your Presale registration, you'll get registration confirmation from Ticketmaster/Live Nation within 24 hours.

Here's what happens after you complete registration:

• You'll receive a registration confirmation from Ticketmaster/Live Nation within 24 hours.
• A day before the Presale starts, Ticketmaster/Live Nation sends a second notice informing you if you were selected for Presale access or waitlisted.
• If you're selected to buy Presale tickets:
  • Ticketmaster/Live Nation will text you with an access code that’s required to buy the Presale tickets.
  • Follow the instructions in the notification from Ticketmaster/Live Nation to buy tickets to the Presale.
  • Note: Ticketmaster/Live Nation will send you a separate code for each artist’s Presale event.
• If you're waitlisted, you may still have a chance to participate in the Presale. Ticketmaster/Live Nation will notify you if you're able to buy tickets.
• If you encounter any issues with Presale registration, call Ticketmaster/Live Nation: 800-653-8000. Or contact Ticketmaster Customer Service online.

Select Seats are an exclusive benefit just for you, accessible after connecting your Verizon account with your Ticketmaster account. You're eligible if you have a standard monthly mobile phone account with Verizon.

The tickets are available for a limited time during the general public on-sale and can only be purchased by Verizon customers.

Select Seats are an allotment of tickets that are set aside for myAccess customers. These tickets are available to purchase for a limited period of time during the general public on-sale.

You can purchase Select Seats and Featured Venue tickets by connecting your Verizon account with your Ticketmaster account. Once the accounts are linked, select your seats and use a credit card to complete your purchase on Ticketmaster.

To purchase Select Seats or Featured Venue tickets:

1. Access myAccess through both the My Verizon app or My Verizon online. Sign in to your My Verizon account.
   
   If you are already signed in:
   • My Verizon online: From the top of the Verizon home page select Account > More > myAccess.
   • My Verizon app: Select the myAccess icon at the bottom of your screen.
2. Scroll to the Exclusive Access section and select the Select Seats or Featured Venue window. Select the active event you're interested in.
3. Select the date and location you prefer.
4. Select Get tickets and follow the onscreen prompts to purchase your tickets through the Ticketmaster website.
5. Ticketmaster requires you to sign in or create an account to purchase tickets. You'll also be prompted to connect your My Verizon account to your Ticketmaster account. This unlocks your access to the myAccess Select Seats or Featured Venue tickets.

You can purchase tickets up to the ticket limit set for the event, as seen on the Ticketmaster website. The ticket limit per event includes both previously purchased Presale tickets and Select Seats tickets.

If you purchase the ticket limit for an event during the Presale window, you cannot purchase additional tickets when Select Seats become available for that event.

If you're experiencing any issue associated with Presale or Select Seats tickets you've already purchased:

• Contact Ticketmaster at 800-653-8000. 
• Go to Ticketmaster's website for other ways to contact Ticketmaster Customer Service.

Sign in to your My Verizon account to try to claim Local Passes, if you qualify.

If you have the Verizon Visa Card, you may see additional exclusive Local Passes you can try to claim.

1. Access myAccess through both the My Verizon app or My Verizon online. Sign in to your My Verizon account.
   
   If you are already signed in:
   • My Verizon online: From the top of the Verizon home page select Account > More > myAccess.
   • My Verizon app: Select the myAccess icon at the bottom of your screen.
2. Locate the Exclusive Access section.
3. Select the Local Passes you want to try to claim.
4. Read the details carefully to make sure you understand what the Local Passes are and when you need to use it.
5. When the countdown clock reaches 0, select Try to Claim.
6. You must submit the claim form before the timer reaches zero.

Important:

• Local Passes are first come, first served and quantities are limited.
• If prompted, complete the claim forms right away (before the timer on the screen reaches 0), or you may lose the Local Passes.

Once Local Passes are claimed, no one on your account can claim another for 6 months. If you claim a High Value Local Pass, no one on your account can claim another for 24 months.

You’ll get a confirmation email generally within 5-7 days. The email has details about how you’ll get the Local Passes.

The way you receive the actual tickets varies by event. You could receive a PDF, digital ticket, Will Call ticket, etc.

Because Local Passes are available on a first come, first served basis, it's important that you fill out the claim forms promptly. You must:

• Select Try to Claim for the ticket you want, once the countdown clock reaches 0.
• Complete the claim form before the timer is up.

If you don't complete the claim form before the timer reaches 0, you may lose the Local Passes.

These restrictions may apply to Local Passes:

• Limited quantity.
• Tickets are first, come first served, and can be claimed after the countdown clock reaches 0.
• Employees may or may not be eligible. Terms specify if an employee is eligible.
• If you qualify, you can redeem 1 Local Pass every 6 months, per each mobile phone account.
• If you qualify, you can claim 1 High Value Local Pass every 24 months (e.g., a Fly Away ticket), per each mobile phone account.
• After claiming a High Value Local Pass, you must wait 6 months before you are eligible to claim a Local Pass.

High Value Local Passes are Local Passes with a total value of $600 or higher (i.e., a Local Pass that meets the 1099 tax threshold).

Any applicable federal, state and/or local income and other taxes on the Local Passes are your sole responsibility. We may be required to report taxable amounts to the appropriate taxing authority.

No, you can't resell, transfer or give away Local Passes or other offers. We may suspend or cancel your access to myAccess if you sell a myAccess offer.

If you entered the wrong details when claiming a Local Pass call myAccess Customer Service at 866-895-5579.

If you're a Verizon Visa® Card holder, you can access your Verizon Dollar rewards in myAccess.

1. Scroll down to Keep Track of it All > Use your Verizon Dollars and check your current balance.
2. Click the arrow to link to the Verizon Dollar redeem page to use your rewards.

If you aren't a Verizon Visa Card holder, Account Owners or Account Managers of a Verizon mobile account with up to 12 phone lines max (depending on plan) can apply for the Verizon Visa Card. You can apply and learn more by visiting the Verizon Visa Card website.

If approved:

• You can earn Verizon Dollars when you make purchases¹ using your card everywhere Visa credit cards are accepted.
• Verizon Dollars² can be used to pay your Verizon mobile or Fios bills³ or buy devices and accessories.

²Verizon Dollars have no cash value, are issued for reward purposes only and cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, redeemed for cash or Verizon gift cards, or used for security deposits for Verizon wireless or Verizon Fios account services.
³Verizon mobile customers who are also Fios customers must be enrolled in the Mobile + Home Discount to access myAccess and to apply Verizon Dollars to their Verizon Fios bill.

TravelPass days included with your Unlimited plan and/or Verizon Visa credit card will display in My Verizon app > myAccss tab > Keep Track of it All. At this time, TravelPasses can only be seen and managed in the My Verizon app and not on the Verizon website.

Select Manage Your TravelPass days to see your TravelPass bank, where you will find your available TravelPasses and additional information about TravelPass.
