  • Are getting replacement equipment due to an address change
  • Have disconnected your service

How do I return Verizon Home Internet equipment?

To return Verizon Home Internet equipment:

  1. You must contact us to start the return process.
  2. We'll let you know which UPS stores are near your address so you can drop off your return. Or you can use the UPS find a store tool.
    1. The UPS Store scans the equipment's serial numbers, packages and ships the returned equipment.
    2. Be sure to keep the return receipt for your records.

We'll send you an email confirmation of your return. If there is an issue with your return, contact us.

Important:

  • If you return the Verizon-owned equipment but don't cancel your home internet service, you'll still be charged for the service.
  • Verizon stores don't accept Verizon Home Internet equipment returns for lines already canceled.
