Paper-free billing for Verizon Fios

When you enroll in paper-free billing, we'll send your monthly statement link to your email or phone via text message. This replaces receiving a paper bill in the mail.

Good to know: When you sign up for paper-free billing, your first and last bills are paper bills.

Sign up for paper-free billing in your My Verizon account. If you need to register for My Verizon, visit our My Verizon registration page.

Sign into My Verizon to access your Paper Free Billing settings page.

Select the Enroll button.

If you previously enrolled in paper-free billing, sign into My Verizon to access your Paper Free Billing settings page. Select the De-enroll button.

Good to know: If your service plan requires paper-free billing, all bills are delivered electronically and paper-free billing may not be removed without changing your plan.

Sign up and manage Auto Pay options in My Verizon.

To receive monthly bill reminder notifications, sign in to My Verizon and select My Profile and sign up for email and/or text message reminders. To ensure that you receive your messages from Verizon, verify or update your primary email address and mobile phone number.
