Place an in-store pickup order from the My Verizon app

  1. Important things to know before you get started

    • Please don't come to the store until you receive an email letting you know your device order is ready for pickup. This email will also include the next steps you should follow.
    • The account owner or account manager must be present and must bring a valid government issued photo ID.
    • If you paid for your order with a credit or debit card, you must bring that card with you.

  2. Ordering an in-store pickup from your mobile device

    1. Open and login to the My Verizon app.
      1. If you do not have the app you can download it from the Apple App® Store or Google Play™ store.
      2. If you’re not signed up for My Verizon, you can sign up in the app.
    2. Tap the Shop icon on the bottom of the screen, then tap Smartphones.
    3. Choose the device you want, and then select memory, size and color.
    4. Select whether you are upgrading or adding a new line, then follow the prompts to choose a phone number, add features and purchase accessories.
    5. Proceed to the checkout screen and then choose your delivery or pickup preferences.
      1. After selecting in-store pickup, you’ll be able to choose the store location you want to pick up from.

    6. Complete your order and then wait for the email letting you know your device is ready for pickup.
