Verizon One mobile and home plan FAQs

Verizon One unites your home internet (Fios, 5G Home Plus, or Verizon Home Internet Lite Extra) and one mobile line into a single plan. You receive one low monthly price and a single bill.

To enroll, you must be a new customer and bring your own mobile device. If your plan includes Fios, you can customize your experience by boosting your home internet speeds (for an additional monthly cost), where available. You can add mobile lines, Device Protection, and other add-ons to your Verizon One plan.

With Verizon One, you get the following with your mobile plan:

• Unlimited Talk and Text
• Unlimited 5G Ultra Wideband, 5G and 4G LTE on device data with no deprioritization.
  • After 500 GB of data during a monthly billing cycle, speeds reduced to 4 Mbps for the remainder of that cycle.
  • 5G access requires a 5G-capable device.
• For Mobile Hotspot - The plan includes a 10 GB combined counter allowance. After the allowance is reached, speeds are reduced to 1 Mbps for the remainder of that monthly billing cycle (keep in mind that 5G access requires a 5G-capable device).
• 720p HD video streaming on 5G Ultra Wideband, Verizon 5G or 4G LTE networks. Learn more about Premium Video Streaming.
• Free satellite messaging for critical messaging. Satellite connectivity requires select new model phones with updated software. Must be outside with line of sight to satellite; might not work in parts of Alaska.
• Call Filter (basic version) and Verizon Family (free version).
• Domestic roaming.
• Talk, text and use unlimited data when traveling in Mexico and Canada. After 2 GB/day get unlimited 3G data speeds.
• Unlimited texting from the US to over 200+ countries and territories worldwide.

Verizon One includes the following speeds, depending on which service is available at your address:

• Fios 500 Mbps - Up to 500 Mbps download and 500 Mbps upload speeds.
• 5G Home Plus - Up to 150 Mbps download speeds (typical download speeds of 50-100 Mbps, upload speeds of 10-15 Mbps).
• Verizon Home Internet Lite Extra - Up to 25 Mbps download speeds (typical download speeds of 10-25 Mbps, upload speeds of 3-6 Mbps for the first 200 GB of data usage per month; after 200 GB/month, download speeds reduce up to 10 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload with typical download speeds of 3-10 Mbps and upload speeds of 1-3 Mbps for the remainder of the billing month).

Only customers who are new to both Verizon mobile and home services can sign up. Also, you must be in an area that supports either Fios, 5G Home Plus or Verizon Home Internet Lite Extra.

The price depends on whether you enroll in Auto Pay or add a Speed Boost (availability varies). This price includes all taxes and fees.

Includes:

• Connected device discounts - The mobile line unlocks a 50% discount (up to $25 off per device) on eligible connected device plans, such as tablets, smartwatches, laptops, or mobile hotspots.**
• TravelPass® - We automatically enroll you in TravelPass at sign up. This benefit includes unlimited talk, text, and data for $12/day in over 210 countries. Learn more about TravelPass on our TravelPass FAQs page.

*$10/mo Auto Pay and paper-free billing discount requires enrollment within 30 days. Learn about how to enroll for an Auto Pay and Paperfree discount in My Verizon. To qualify for Auto Pay, use a checking or savings account, a Verizon Visa® Card, or a Verizon Business Mastercard®.
**We waive activation fees for extra lines, but only if you add them within the first 3 days of the initial One plan order. After that, you enroll in the Verizon Loyalty program to receive fee waivers.

The plan includes the following speeds, depending on which service is available at your address:

• Fios 500 Mbps - Up to 500 Mbps download and 500 Mbps upload speeds.
• 5G Home Plus - Up to 150 Mbps download speeds (typical download speeds of 50-100 Mbps, upload speeds of 10-15 Mbps).

With Fios 500 Mbps, you can also increase your internet speed with a Speed Boost option:*

*Speed Boost option not available with 5G Home Plus or Verizon Home Internet Lite Extra.

With Fios 500, you can add a Speed Boost* when you sign up for Verizon One, but can't change this option after your initial purchase.

Keep in mind:

• To delete or change your Speed Boost, you must Contact Us to cancel your service.
• When you change your Speed Boost, the Fios service disconnects and then reconnects over a 48–72 hour period. Your router doesn’t provide service during this time.

*Speed Boost option not available with 5G Home Plus or Verizon Home Internet Lite Extra.

Perks are currently not available for Verizon One.

Yes, you can add more mobile lines. All additional lines use the Simplicity plan.

Keep in mind: All Bring Your Own Device phones activated on Verizon One must have an built-in eSIM.

You receive the standard router or gateway equipment* that matches your approved home internet service (Fios, 5G Home Plus, Verizon Home Internet Lite Extra).

*Verizon owns the equipment provided with the plan. Upon termination of your order or service, or change to a plan without some or all of the equipment, return all Verizon-owned equipment to us in an undamaged condition within 30 days after cancellation, or you may be charged an unreturned equipment fee of up to $300 per unit of equipment.

Yes, your mobile line unlocks up to a 50% discount (up to $25 off per device) on eligible connected device plans, such as tablets, smartwatches, laptops, or mobile hotspots.

No, this plan does not include Fios TV.

You qualify for the Auto Pay discount (when enrolled) and Verizon Dollars.

You can't combine this plan with most other discounts, including the Mobile + Home Discount or Verizon Forward.

Schedule your home internet service setup with these options:

• Fios:
  • If your home already has an Optical Network Terminal from a previous Fios service, you can choose to Install the service yourself.
  • If your home never had Fios, arrange for a professional technician installation. Learn more on our Verizon Professional Technician Installation page.
• 5G Home Plus or Verizon Home Internet Lite Extra:
  • When you order 5G Home Plus or Verizon Home Internet Lite Extra, we send you a router suited to the network coverage in your area. You can set up the router yourself. We'll send you a link to download the My Verizon app to get started.

You use My Verizon to manage all your connections.

You'll get your first bill based on the day your service is activated. You'll get one single bill that combines both your mobile and home service charges. Your bill shows the balance on your Wireless bill in My Verizon.

Yes, you can switch back, but any promotions or guarantees you received when you signed up for Verizon One will be lost by switching back to an older plan. Contact us to discuss options.

Billing starts when you submit your order. You receive a single bill for both your home internet and mobile service. The charges appear as one single item on your Wireless bill. This price includes all taxes and fees.

Your discounts appear within 1-2 billing cycles.

If you want to keep your home internet service but cancel your mobile line(s), you'll need to disconnect and sign up for a new home internet service.

If you want to keep your mobile line(s) but cancel your home internet service, you'll need to contact us to change to a standard premium mobile plan.

Keep in mind: You'll lose your all-in combined pricing, and all taxes and fees will be calculated and billed separately, if applicable.

You can't change your plan and keep the Verizon One offer. Contact us to discuss your options with a representative.

Important:

• You can cancel your Verizon One bundle in a few different ways:
  • You can cancel your home internet and keep your mobile line(s) through the My Verizon app or website. Visit Manage Plans to get started. This will allow you to select a standard premium mobile plan.
    • You'll lose the Verizon One bundled pricing, and your account will incur taxes and fees.
  • Canceling your mobile service ends your Verizon One bundle. You can't keep your home internet service as a standalone plan.
  • If you cancel your Verizon One bundle or port out, you'll be prorated and refunded the unused portion for the month.

You must return the home internet equipment within 30 days or you'll be charged an unreturned equipment fee.
