How can I participate in the Samsung device early upgrade program?
To participate, you need to have:
- Preordered or purchased before 10/13/20 and activated a Samsung Galaxy S10 5G on a Verizon wireless device payment agreement.
- Used the device with Verizon Wireless service for at least 30 days.
- Paid at least 50% of the device's retail price.
- Returned the eligible Samsung device in good working condition with no significant damage, as determined by Verizon Wireless, within 14 days after you upgrade.
- Satisfied the early upgrade program terms and conditions.

Are all Samsung devices eligible for the early upgrade program?
No. The only Samsung device eligible for the early upgrade program is the Samsung Galaxy S10 5G only version purchased on a device payment agreement before 10/13/2020.
For all other Samsung devices purchased on device payment agreements, you must pay off the remaining balance to be able to upgrade to a new device.

Is the 4G version of the Samsung Galaxy S10 eligible for the early upgrade program?
No, only the Samsung Galaxy S10 5G version is eligible for the early upgrade program.

Yes, if you pre-ordered the Samsung Galaxy S10 5G on a Verizon Wireless device payment agreement and activated it, you're eligible for the early upgrade program.

What happens if I don't return my Samsung device after I upgrade?
