The worst Samsung I've ever had

Two months after I buy this phone had an update, after that is being the worst Samsung ever! I had since Galaxy 6, Note9, Note 10, and now this Galaxy S21 Ultra, that I was waiting to be the best, it's slow, the touch screen is terrible all the time I type wrong! To make this review is a pain, really, the camera when you open is leg all the time, it's really the worst Samsung ever! A lot of app is not working good! Its really the worst! And I love Samsung

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

Clearly the best phone I've ever owned and I've had them all....early Samsung, iPhones, HTC, Treo's, the works. I came back to Samsung starting with the S10 because it was simply the best. The S21 Ultra is light years ahead of even that. Build, Quality, Performance, Design, Storage, EVERYTHING. I have 1000's of photos and over 2000 songs on this phone. The performance and camera are impeccable. I don't understand the bad reviews......#SAMSUNGFORLIFE

I truly HATE this phone and cannot believe it's a Samsung. I had a Galaxy 7sPlus and ordered this after receiving an offer to get it as a 'free' upgrade, which required sending my (paid off) 7sPlus back to Verizon. This phone is definitely NOT an upgrade! First of all I had a very difficult transferring my data from my other phone to this one. At first I wasn't too concerned, because I could just put my info on the microwave and insert it and then re-download my apps that I use. That's when I realized the first MAJOR problem! You cannot use a micro SD card in this phone. What?!?! I did not consider this would be a problem, because it's a Samsung, or I would have purchased a phone with more built in storage. Sooo, I also cannot download all of the programs that I normally use, because there is not enough storage space and no card. I ended up having to keep my old phone because I need the data and programs that are on it. And just to add insult to injury, I'm paying some ridiculous monthly payment for this phone. A couple more issues with this phone - The camera is better than the last one, it's just not the 'great' camera that is promoted by Samsung and Verizon; however, I do like the program better. Another significant problem for me is that this phone no longer has a headphone jack. Due to security/confidentiality for my job, I cannot use wireless headphones. Finally, the ONLY reason I even decided to get another phone after seeing the offer for the 'free'phone was because it was supposed to be free AND because my battery life was starting to decrease. The battery life on this phone is no better than my OLD phone, so NO improvement there. I seriously hate this phone so much and feel the differences,/removed features should have been pointed out in the description of the phone considering that most Samsung users have Samsungs for those features. I detest having to make payments for a phone that is so inferior that I am still carrying my old phone to handle necessary tasks. Saying I am disappointed with this phone is a gross understatement.

For the price of this phone, you would think it would perform better. The first problem is that it will automatically install updates rather you want them or not. The major problem is receiving images through text messages/MMS. They will NOT download. I thought it was just my phone but after a Google search, this appear to be a common problem. I had much less problems with my 4G Samsung 7. Very frustrating problem!

I went from a note 9 to the s21 ultra thinking I was getting a game changing phone and to say I am disappointed is putting it mildly. You not only lose the auxiliary port option, you lose the s-pen, you lose several other key features of the note which I thought I wouldn't miss, but I do. Those aside, what I really bought this phone for was the camera. I thought I was going to get a phone with a top of the line camera that took clear, beautiful photos especially at a distance. This phone falls short every time. I wish I had never spent the money to upgrade, because it was a total downgrade. The photos always come out grainy. It doesn't matter if it's during the day, or at night, or sunny or cloudy, inside or outside, people, places or things, it is always a subpar photo that you can clearly see is grainy. Most of the photos of people that I've taken are overexposed which can be adjusted but they are really lackluster in comparison to the standard settings on older note phones. I wanted to love it and I was really excited about it since I've been a samsung user for about 12 years, but going forward I think I might go ahead and step out of my comfort zone and try another brand.

First you can't even take your phone home and charge it. They don't tell you that you need to purchase an adapter which is ridiculous they don't supply it. Phone is awkward, camera blurry, websites not coming up correctly even though all updates. I hate this phone.

I've switched from apple to Samsung in 2017 and loved it. But I just upgraded to S21 5G and I was very disappointed to find out after i brought it home that itnhas no memery card slot on top of not being able to use my aux cable in my car anymore.

Phone screen too small...can find a case to fit this phone...I even ordered a case with the phone and it did not fit! Only bluetooth..can not plug in any accessories ...no ear buds and can't plug into my car...so much h money wasted on this phone

After 8 days became defective

Gabe to my son for Christmas. After 8 days of being turned on and activated became defective. In one day it reset itself 15 times! Took back to Verizon. Tried to just exchange it thinking it was a fluke. Now I can't even get an s21. They're all out of stock. Maybe we'll wait til the s22 comes out now. I've had an s5 s6, s8+, note 10+ and never had these kind of problems with any of them. Maybe time to try a pixel
