If your 5G Home or LTE Home* internet line’s data use in a bill cycle is more than the average amount of data used by the top 5% of users on our network during the preceding 6 month period, then in times of network congestion we may reduce data speeds or prioritize your data behind other traffic for the rest of that bill cycle.
Good to know: If the network isn’t congested, you’ll experience little if any network performance changes. Learn more in our Customer Agreement.
