5G Home and LTE Home Internet heavy data usage policy FAQs

If your 5G Home or LTE Home internet line’s data use in a bill cycle is more than the average amount of data used by the top 0.5% of users on our network during the preceding 6 month period, then in times of network congestion we may reduce data speeds or prioritize your data behind other traffic for the rest of that bill cycle.

We notify you before you reach the limits described in our 5G Home and LTE Home Internet heavy data usage policy.

We notify you of the excessive data usage by text, email and in My Verizon.

You can view your usage anytime by visiting your Data Usage Dashboard in My Verizon.
