Yes. When you sign up for a Verizon mobile plan, we send you an email with a link to enroll in the Mobile + Home Discount. Or you can visit our Verizon Mobile + Frontier Fiber Internet Discount enrollment page.

To enroll you must:

• Have an active eligible Verizon mobile plan.
• Have an active eligible Frontier Fiber Internet plan.
• Set up your My Verizon account. Learn more about managing your Verizon account with My Verizon.
• Be the Verizon mobile account Account Owner or Account Manager.

The $15/month discount appears on your Frontier Fiber Internet bill.

Good to know: After you enroll in the Mobile + Home Discount, it can take 1-2 billing periods for your $15 credit to appear on your bill.

You can get an up to $10/month perk credit on your Verizon mobile account with select Frontier Fiber Internet plans.* Perks include Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+ (With Ads), Netflix & HBO Max (With Ads), Apple One, Apple Music Family, YouTube Premium and more. You can add a perk to your Verizon mobile account anytime in My Verizon. When you have an eligible Frontier Fiber Internet plan that's 2 Gig or faster (or the maximum speed Frontier Fiber Internet plan available in your area), and you're signed up for the Mobile + Home discount, we automatically apply the $10/month perk credit to one of the paid perks on your mobile account.

Good to know:

• The credit can be applied to a perk that costs more than $10 (e.g., Apple One Family Perk), but the credit is still only $10.
• Only one credit will be applied per month. If a Mobile + Home Perk credit is applied to a perk that costs less than $10, the remainder doesn't carry over.
• Limit of one Mobile + Home Perk Credit per mobile account.
• The Home Device Support & Protection perk isn't eligible for the $10/month Perk Credit.
• The credit can only be applied to paid perks and not promotional perks.

The up to $10/month perk credit appears on your Verizon mobile bill.

Yes. My Verizon lets you manage your Verizon mobile account through our website or the My Verizon app. Learn more about My Verizon.

When you have qualifying mobile phone and home internet plans, you can sign up anytime through My Verizon to get the discount. The discount will be applied within 1-2 bill cycles after your Mobile + Home Discount enrollment is processed.

No. When you sign up for the Mobile + Home Discount, if you have Frontier Fiber Internet, your mobile and Frontier accounts stay separate. Your accounts are associated only for the use of your Mobile + Home Discount:

• The association doesn't affect your accounts (e.g., late payment on one account doesn't affect services or status of the other account).
• Your mobile and fiber internet bills and bill cycles stay separate.

Depending on your Verizon mobile plan, you may be eligible to have other discounts on your account including:

• First Responders, Military, Nurses, Teachers or Student discount.
• Auto Pay monthly discounts if you sign up for Auto Pay and paper-free billing.
• Deals at Work
• Verizon Visa® Card benefits and rewards
• Other promotional perks (only 1 credit can be applied per perk)

No. Canceling either service disqualifies your account from the Mobile + Home Discount and benefits.

You can cancel your Mobile + Home Discount in My Verizon:

1. Visit the Savings & Promos center.
2. Select Manage.
3. Under Manage enrollment, select Cancel enrollment and follow the prompts.

If you don't have access to your My Verizon mobile account, contact us to cancel your Mobile + Home Discount.

All mobile phone and Frontier Fiber Internet plans* are eligible for the $15/month home internet discount, so even if you change plans you'll keep the discount.

We'll give you details about your Mobile + Home Discount eligibility when you make a plan change.

*Frontier Fiber Internet plan must be $20/mo or more after all current promotions and discounts are applied (excludes taxes, fees, surcharges and optional charges).

If your Verizon mobile and/or fiber internet accounts are suspended without billing, your Mobile + Home Discount is suspended.
