• Recommendation: Since you pay for the full month of service, we recommend scheduling your disconnection toward the end of your current billing cycle.
  

You are responsible for all usage fees, taxes, and surcharges accrued through your termination date. Specific charges may include:

• Device Payments: Any remaining balance on a device payment agreement is charged in full on your final bill.
• Device promotions: If you have a device promotion, the credits for the promotion stop. You are charged the remaining balance of your device(s).
  • This includes Buy One, Get One (BOGO) promotions.
• Third-Party Fees: If you purchased your device from an authorized agent or third-party vendor, check with them for any separate termination fees.
• Security Deposits: We process security deposit returns within 30–60 days. Note that any outstanding service charges may be deducted from your deposit.
  

• Cancellations: Most promotional or perk subscriptions (such as Disney+ or Apple Music) cancel automatically when your service ends.
• Reactivations: In some cases, a previous subscription you had directly with a provider may reactivate. Check our Perk FAQs for specific details.

Use the registered Account Owner user ID and password to sign in to My Verizon.

Access your mobile bill through My Verizon:

1. Go to www.verizon.com/my-verizon/
2. Sign in to My Verizon with the registered Account Owner’s user ID and password.
   

If you know the password, but don’t remember the Account Owner’s user ID, you can sign in through the Disconnected Account Link. enter:

1. Your 10-digit mobile number.
2. Last name on the bill account.
3. 5-digit billing ZIP code.
   

If you are unable to access the online portal or did not receive the email: Contact Us directly to speak with a Customer Service Representative to request a bill through the mail.
