Enhanced Video Calling enables automatically when requirements are met. Your iPhone displays a notification upon the app’s first use. iOS settings displays “Enhanced 5G for Apps.” Good to know: There’s no additional usage charges when Enhanced Video Calling is enabled. You can visit your Usage in My Verizon to view Enhanced Video Calling activity. When you have Unlimited Ultimate, you get Global Choice included for that line. You can choose 1 of 140 countries and get up to 300 minutes to call that country. You’ll be prompted to choose your Global Choice plan when you sign up for Unlimited Ultimate: If you already have a Global Choice plan then change to Unlimited Ultimate - The $10/month charge for the country will be automatically removed from your bill. Good to know - You can have more than 1 Global Choice plan on your line, however only 1 is included with Unlimited Ultimate. If you later change from Unlimited Ultimate - You can keep the Global Choice country, but you will see the $10/month charge on your bill.

What happens to the international travel plans I have on my line if I change that line to Unlimited Ultimate?

TravelPass or the $100 International Monthly Plan is automatically removed from any line that changes to Unlimited Ultimate.

What if I have TravelPass days on my line and switch to Unlimited Ultimate?

If your line has TravePass days* stored in your TravelPass bank and you change that line to Unlimited Ultimate: The stored TravelPass days stay in your TravelPass bank until they expire. You can't use those days while Unlimited Ultimate is on that line. If you later change the line from Unlimited Ultimate, you can then use any stored TravelPass days that haven't expired. Visit our TravelPass FAQs to learn more about your TravelPass bank. *TravelPass days you paid for, from the 3 TravePass Days perk, or received with the Verizon Visa Card or other Unlimited plans.

How do I get the Ultimate Phone Upgrade deals?

With Unlimited Ultimate, new and existing customers get our best current phone offers now and when you upgrade.* You'll see your offers in My Verizon when you're eligible to get them. If your phone is eligible to upgrade and you: Switch a line to Ultimate Unlimited or add a line with Unlimited Ultimate - You can access trade in offers at the time and then every 36 months or when your phone is upgrade-eligible again. Exception: If the line you're switching already has an existing device promotion: If that promotion is available with Unlimited Ultimate, you keep the promotion. If that promotion is not available with Unlimited Ultimate, the promotion automatically cancels. You can access trade in offers then and every 36 months or when your phone is upgrade eligible again. *Your line must stay on Unlimited Ultimate for a full 36 months to get the best promotional discounts. What if I want more high-speed international data when I’m abroad?

Unlimited Ultimate provides 15 GB of high-speed data per month, then unlimited 1.5 mbps speeds when traveling in 210+ countries and destinations. If you exceed the 15 GB of high-speed data, we send you an offer to buy another 2 GB of high speed data for $10. After that: Speeds are slowed to 1.5 mbps for the rest of the billing period. You can buy as many additional 2 GB in a billing period as you want.

What if I need more high-speed Mobile Hotspot data during a bill cycle?

Unlimited Ultimate provides up to 200 GB Premium Mobile Hotspot data per month. After 200 GB you have unlimited data at 6 Mbps. To resume high-speed 5G/4G LTE hotspot data, you can buy a 5 GB Mobile Hotspot Data Boost for $35. You can buy up to 20 data boosts in a bill cycle. Good to know: The Data Boost returns only Mobile Hotspot use to 4G LTE / 5G speed for the line for which you bought the Data Boost.
